XLR is a marketplace connecting Travelers with Companions and assistants for travel-related help (for example: airport onboarding, navigation assistance, and guidance). XLR does not directly provide the services.
1) Service-only platform
No physical products are sold or shipped. XLR enables service-based bookings only.
2) When a service is considered completed
- A service is considered completed when the agreed assistance has been delivered as per the booking and confirmed via Platform flows/policies.
- Completion is tied to the booking lifecycle and may impact escrow release or refunds.
3) Communication expectations
- Users should confirm expectations in-app before booking.
- Users should use in-app chat for clarity and dispute support.
