1) Information we collect
- Account data: name, phone number, email (where applicable), and profile details.
- Identity and trust data: ID/verification information where required for safety and compliance.
- Booking data: trip routes, dates, booking status, and service-related metadata.
- Chat data: messages and media exchanged in-app to enable communication and support disputes/safety.
- Payment data: payment/transaction metadata needed to process payments, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance (we do not store full card details).
- Device and usage data: basic logs and diagnostics to keep the Platform reliable and secure.
2) How we use information
- Operate the Platform (discover, chat, book, escrow flows).
- Trust & safety (fraud prevention, identity checks, abuse prevention).
- Customer support, dispute handling, and policy enforcement.
- Security, debugging, and service improvement.
3) How we share information
- With other users: your profile and booking-related details necessary to complete a booking and provide the service.
- With payment providers: transaction metadata required to process escrow, refunds, and compliance checks.
- With service providers: infrastructure vendors used to run the Platform (subject to confidentiality and security obligations).
- For legal reasons: when required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect users and the Platform.
4) Data protection
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
5) No sale of user data
We do not sell user data.
6) Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce policies.
